How does the footbed mix & matching work?
When you order a pair of Commbi shoes, you'll receive a complete pair of shoes with our contoured footbeds. If you fall in love with what you ordered and never want to switch it up, that's perfectly fine! But here's where the fun begins: Commbi offers a unique level of customization and versatility that you won’t find anywhere else. Want to try a new footbed? Go for it! Our footbeds are interchangeable across all Commbi styles. Like a capsule collection for your footwear.
Just make sure to order the same size footbed as your shoe (e.g., W7 shoe and W7 footbed), and you're all set. This allows you to instantly expand your shoe collection and experiment with different comfort profiles (think varied memory foams, prints and textures) or styles that seamlessly transition between seasons and elevate your look. Enjoy the freedom to mix and match to your heart’s content!
How do I swap the footbeds to replace them with different ones?
To swap in a different footbed:
1. Lift the heel and toe of the existing footbed
2. Slide out of the base
3. Insert new footbed into position
4. Press down to secure and step in
Can you help me with Commbi sizing?
Our slides and mules come in whole sizes (6, 7, 8, etc.). If you're typically between sizes we recommend sizing up. Here's our more detailed recommendation:
- Between a W7 and 7.5? Go with Commbi size 7 (W7).
- Between a 7.5 and 8? Size up to Commbi size 8 (W8).
Our leather is soft and stretches a bit, so a snug fit at first is perfect! They'll mold to your feet beautifully over time.

I have a narrow or wide foot which style is best for me?
Our slides and mules are designed to fit a wide range of feet comfortably. The toe boxes have enough room to accommodate wider feet and bunions without rubbing. Thanks to our contoured footbeds, deep heel cups, and arch support, Commbi shoes are perfect for narrow, wide, or regular feet. Need help with sizing? About Your Order
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, international credit/debit cards, domestic Paypal accounts, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I split my transaction between different payment methods?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accept one payment method per transaction.
Will tax be applied?
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed on your Order Summary.
I have a promotional code or gift card code. How do I use it?
Once at checkout, enter the gift card or discount code in the upper right corner and click "Apply".
Can I modify my order?
Because our team likes to get you your Commbis as quick and efficiently as possible we are unable to update or edit orders once they go to our system. Please reach out to service@commbi.co if there is anything we can do to help!
What If I want to add items to my existing order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
We also cannot remove items from an existing order. Instead, please return any unwanted items once you receive your order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please request it within an hour of placing it service@commbi.co and we will do our very best to help! Cancellations can only be processed during our business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PST. We cannot process cancellations on weekends.
Our shipping team works quickly, so cancellations aren't guaranteed. If you miss the cancellation window, you can return the order once it arrives.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your Commbis! If you're not completely thrilled, we're here to help with returns. You can return items within 30 days of receiving them as long as they’re unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with no scuffs, tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Please note that some items can't be returned, such as final sale items, gift cards, and gifts with purchase.

The return window is 21 days, starting from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Return shipping fees are covered in the Return Handling Fee. We will send you a label for you to return your items and make it as easy and painless as possible.
To initiate an exchange or return request, please open the Commbi Returns Portal and have your order ID and shipping address. Refund processing may take additional time due to increased order volume and our commitment to meticulous inspection for product quality, extending the processing period up to 3 weeks. Shipping Policy
Eligible Destinations:
Commbi provides shipping services throughout the lower 48 states within the United States. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
Order Fulfillment:
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, our fulfillment team is given up to 2 business days from the day the order is placed to pick, pack and ship orders.
Shipping Timing:
Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the order checkout process. Once an order is processed, we immediately dispatch it, and you should receive your products within 5 to 8 business days.
Shipping Updates:
Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order as the order is processed.
Cancellations & Order Modifications Policy
Our Incomplete Orders/Missing Items Policy is designed to address and rectify orders that arrive with missing items or components. If such a situation occurs, Commbi will process a replacement for the affected items. The Incomplete or Missing Item Claim Window is set at 10 days, with the claim window for missing items starting from the date the order was marked as delivered.
Additional conditions apply to items lost or damaged in transit. To submit a claim, proof of purchase is required, and photo and/or video evidence may be necessary. Issuance of replacement orders will be held until Commbi is able to confirm that the order was sent out with missing items or components.
This policy does not extend to items lost or damaged during transit.
