Fit & Care

Fit: Commbi slides and mules come in whole sizes (6, 7, 8, etc.). If between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Here's our more detailed recommendation:

  • Between a 7.5 and 8? Size up to Commbi size (8).

Our leather is soft and stretches a bit, so a snug fit at first is perfect! They'll mold to your feet beautifully over time.

Care: Wipe clean or use a dry brush for extended longevity of your footbeds. Avoid washing your shoes or footbeds in the washer/dryer.

Care: Vegan leather on the base can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not wash your shoes or footbeds in the washer/dryer. Use a dry brush to clean both the textile upper and the Santa Fe footbed for long-lasting wear.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all orders over $200 and on all orders shipped to the continental US. 

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be thrilled with your Commbis. We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items (except those marked “final sale”) within 21 days from the time of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping fees are covered in the return fee.

    So comfortable...no break in period.

    I have wide feet and these shoes fit the moment I put them on.
