Fit & Care

Fit: Commbi slides and mules come in whole sizes (6, 7, 8, etc.). If between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Here's our more detailed recommendation:

  • Between a 7.5 and 8? Size up to Commbi size (8).

Our leather is soft and stretches a bit, so a snug fit at first is perfect! They'll mold to your feet beautifully over time.

Care: Wipe clean or use a dry brush for extended longevity of your shoes and footbeds. Avoid washing your shoes or footbeds in the washer/dryer.

Care: Wool-Felt upper can be cleaned with a dry brush or lint roller for the longevity of your shoes. For care of your Short fur footbeds - use a damp sponge to clean any areas that may get stained and gently pat dry with a soft towel to absorb. Do not wash your shoes or footbeds in the washer/dryer.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We are excited to offer free standard shipping for all orders over $200 and on all orders shipped to the continental US. 

Returns & Exchanges: We will gladly accept returns on all full-priced items (except those marked “final sale”) within 21 days from the time of delivery, provided the item is in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When you try them on, please do it on carpet. If items are returned damaged or worn, they are subject to be sent back with no refund provided. Return shipping fees are covered in the return fee.

    Loving my Commbi Woolie Burro Slingbacks!

    I absolutely love my Commbi Woolie Burro Slingback shoes! They’re incredibly comfortable. I can wear them all day without any soreness or fatigue. My podiatrist actually recommended them, and now I understand why. The slingback design adds great stability while still feeling light and easy to wear.     Comfy and Sleek!

    Love these. Definitely my top pick for outfits. I enjoy the sherpa footbed with these for a sleeker slipper feel. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that they are pretty wide! Doesn't stop me from wearing them less though :)

    Love these! "Call me converted", says this 30 year fan of Birkenstocks

    I love these new shoes! Since buying The Woolie Burro, I have worn them every day, all day - walking the three dogs, running errands, and hanging out with friends in the city. They are now my official go-to shoe.

    Slightly heavier than Birkenstocks. Immediately comfortable. Most will agree that you need to work in your Birkenstocks for weeks before they are truly comfortable, but not Commbi.

    The Green Vegan Leather footbed is very cool. With or without socks these are comfy and not too hot.

    Plus with the ability to change the footbeds, it makes you feel like you have multiple styles which is wicked fun. Worth the price!
